Data analysis in Excel tutor jobs

I want a report on KAP survey, Survey has been done and I have used three different tools to conduct a whole survey 1st is quantitative HHs that is individual based and other two are qualitative 1 is FGDs and KIIs.
Now i want a report on finding. report format and all details are available.
