Every student is unique; capitalizing on their strengths together as a student and a teacher, has really been successful. Building an outline and plan based on individual student really allows every student to shine, as I believe every student is smart and capable. It all comes down to how we nurture and motivate them to excel.
I have been able to explore various methods and techniques of teaching from explaining through practicals to traditional methods of learning. One of my students, who is now in high school, started his school tutoring with me in his early primary classes, which exemplifies my ability to connect with my students. Although I am well versed with the Sciences and English, I would say I am most experienced with teaching Mathematics.
My passion for teaching has brought me so far and has helped me add value to young minds.
