Hi, I am Geetha, a Passionate and certified Math tutor. I have a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from Bangalore University. I have done my Post Graduation in M.sc-Mathematics.
Math is my favorite subject because Numbers help us understand the world, and Math helps us know numbers. I have taught math to elementary students. I have covered all types of syllabus CBSE, ICSE, and IGCSE with more than 5 years of teaching experience.
I have experience in one-on-one tutoring and I have taught more than 100 students in primary and high school.
My teaching involves -Delivering student-centered teaching, Identifying and addressing misconceptions, Using effective Assessment for Learning techniques, Building rapport, and personalizing lessons to age and ability.
I enjoy online teaching because Online classes may encourage participation from students who may not actively participate in traditional classroom settings; instructors who teach online also have a wealth of technology at their fingertips.
An active learning style is used for interactive classrooms. That is to say, both the teacher and the student are engaged in the teaching style and learning process which helps the student gain knowledge, and information modeled to be useful.

Very dedicated and hardworking

Geetha has been teaching my daughter who is in grade 12 and was tutoring her in Maths. She has been an excellent teacher who put in a lot of effort as my daughter was weak. She explained and taught her in a easy way to enable her to pick up all the topics where a few other teachers had failed. We decided to go with Geetha after trying a few other teachers. She was very friendly with my daughter and helped her learn very quickly. Without her support she would not have been so confident to go for the papers and might have had to postpone her exams. I really have no words to thank her support, dedication and outstanding way of mentoring her. Well done Geetha and keep it up always!
