The teaching style differs from subjects which an individual teaches in the class. As far as I am concerned I focus on the student learned approach rather then focussing on teacher centered approach.
Since all my papers require explanation of theoretical aspects of the subject matter, so first of all I explain the concepts in a layman manner and where ever required I also explain the technical aspects of the topic in a very precise manner.
I believe in teaching in a pro active manner and I also make sure that I make the class interactive by involving my students in my session by asking their feedback during the process of teaching.
I provide them with assignments and discuss it before the start of my class on a regular basis.
One of my biggest strength is my communication skills, and basically I thrive on this.

I know that all the 5 fingers are not same, so similarly all the students are different in some manner or other.
So, I try to teach my students on the basis of their abilities from a holistic approach. I don't pressurise the students to mug up the subject matter rather I try my level best to create a learning space depending on their learning as well as their mental capabilities. I firmly believe that the basics of any subject matter should be strong because if the student want's to master his craft then he should have complete command over his subject matter.
The students need to follow a full planned process for learning the concepts in an synchronised manner.
I don't believe in numbers game rather I focus on inculcating qualititive aspects such as reasoning capability, building confidence, communication, soft skills etc.
There is one thing which students need to realise that the life in professional world is just opposite to the life which they lead in their school or college life.
If you want to build a successful career in any field then you need to be out spoken and be a smart worker to succeed to your fullest potential.
I organize debates, group discussions and other methods to develop their communication skills and increase their confidence level so that they can carve a successful future for their future.
Last but not the least, they will become the experts of their particular trade, by practising and experience new dimensions and exposures.
That's why probably, it is said that practice makes a person perfect.
