I teach with easy language, as per the student requirement. My presentation will be with screen sharing of PPTs and an animated videos, which make the students to understand clearly about the subject. Teach with examples, when they required. After completion of the hour,an interaction with student. So I can understand, how much the student gained during the session and it will be the initiative to the next class. While interaction if they are active to answer more,the same tempo will be continued to next class otherwise I will change the teaching style with more fundamental. Once the student enjoyed the teaching, the students can aquire the fragrance of the subject. I will give a chance to answer the questions by its own. while answering, I will question the student how he/ she analysed. When they analysed the things, so they may reach to the the expert level . It makes them to be more strong in subject. Once the student reached to expert level, it will be the teacher achievement. When the teacher give a scope to learn by its own will makes a great teacher
