I am a flexible and organised educational professional with 6 years of teaching expertise with an ability to explain complicated mathematical concepts in an easily understandable manner.I have done Masters in Mathematics from Dr. Hari Singh Gour Central University .I am teaching since 6 years in school as well as college .
My focus is to understand basics concepts and also to teach according to practical or real life application of mathematics.I always tried to implement unique teaching strategies to effectively engage students and foster a fun and fascinating learning environment that means always trying to create an activity based learning environment .As a result my students enjoy learning with me.

As a Yoga tutor

I believe to live our life fullest and spreading positivity all around us. I welcome those persons who wanted to be physically and mentally fit. Yog is the only way which helps you to be fit,which purify your mind, body and soul together, which helps you to boost your confidence,improves physical and mental fitness, develops your personality and increase positivity in your life.
This course is for everyone(for children above 5 years).If anyone suffers from any disease like -Obesity, Blood pressure, Diabeties, Stress,Anxiety,Constipation,athiritis,Backpain etc then yog is the only natural way to cure the disease from the root. It also increase your immunity power. Yog makes you physically and mentally strong,

ASHTANG YOG
MIND+BODY+SOUL=GOD
A purification process of mind body and soul together
Content Duration -60 minutes(every day)
I ). Starts with Prathana –mantra uchharan 3 times - 3 mins
(It resting the mind leading to peace, happiness, bliss, and self-realization.
Vibrations produced by chanting mantras penetrate each atom, molecules,
tissues, cells of all your body. It enlighten and purify the heart, mind, body
and soul.)
2). Sushm vyayam - I0 mins
(small–small exercise to prepare your body for aasan)
3). Suryanamaskar - I0 mins
Suryanamaskar is a group of asanas synchronized with breathing.
It is a full body stretching and strengthening all joints and increasing
the blood circulation. It improves the efficiency of internal organs
and also detoxifies the body. There are so many health
benefits and positive effects on overall wellbeing,
4). Aasana (according to the body requirement) - I5 mins
Asanas have a far-reaching effect upon body and mind.
Each asana has its own structural effect. Impact of asanas
on human body system is expansive and eternal.It effects
muscles, bones, nervous system, respiratory, circulatory and
digestive systems.
5). Pranayam - I0 mins
Pranayam means control of pran or vital force. It denotes the cosmic power
or the power of entire universe. It is about breathing science and control
over breathing brings many physical & mental benefits.
6). Mudra and Bandh and Yog nidra (sometimes)
Mudra means a seal or lock that closes the body apertures for a while.
Bandhas are safely locked during the process of breath-holding Each
type of Mudra and bandh has a specific effect on the body and mind.
7). Meditation (Ohm naad, jyoti dhyan) - I0 mins
Ohm is said to be the original, tone of the universe and first sound of
creation Positive effects of chanting Om as stabilization of brain, removal
of earthly thoughts and increase of energy. attention and concentration.
Jyoti dhyan is a method that can accomplish us with healthy body and
pure mind. Jyoti dhyan can act as a beneficial agent to achieve the state of
total health.
8). Shantipat - 2 min
Shanti mantra can have a soothing effect on the mind and lead to deep relaxation.
