I have 10+ years of experience with both CBSE and IB schools in Delhi and NCR. I use a variety of teaching methods depending on the student's previous knowledge, background, concept to be taught and his/her grasping power. I believe this teaching-learning process is most effective if there is flexibility, versatility and innovation in teaching strategies as well as when the student is interactive and comfortable in sharing his/her understanding with the teacher. I am a trained IB teacher who is teaching both MYP and DP in the most reputed IB-school in Gurgaon, India. I am also trained in integrating technology with teaching which makes teaching-learning even more effective.
My students have shown a huge improvement in their results. I design the assignments, based on the criteria system used by IB and follow their framework. This has really been helpful to the students of MYP 1-5, especially MYP-5 for their e-assessments. For DP, ample practice is being given to the students, topic wise on both SL and HL topics, including guidance on Extended Essay and IA- Chemistry.
