I respect my profession which I’m passionate about. As a professional teacher I believe students must be equipped to learn on their own and encouraged to continue to do so after formal education has ended. In my point of view, It’s all about boosting child’s self-confidence. The teacher must expose students to a variety of methods of organizing information and of approaching learning and make students engage and participate enthusiastically in the lesson. As a Science teacher I always try to make them realize the relationship between basic concepts and applications in the real life. Also as a teacher I should find out areas of strengths and weaknesses of each, and should be shown how to use their strengths to compensate for their weaknesses.
