Duties/Responsibilities: At starting I joined as process engineer in GHORASHAL factory. Then I had been
transferred to H/O R&D department. Now I am responsible for the following Categories:
** Chiller plant TR capacity calculation
** Pipe-Line works to reduce head loss, heat loss
** PUMP Model/capacity selection, depending on Head & flow (Considering major & minor losses)
** Air compressor (LP/HP) Capacity calculation & installation
** Central HVAC System installation after calculating total Load
** Cooling tower installation and selection the model, capacity
** Installation of vapor absorption chiller using sub-station Exhaust
,** Maintenance & overhauling of Compressor, Gas Generator/Engine, Chiller etc
** Designing of m/c part (hydraulic system, pneumatic system, printing section, extrusion) by SOLID WORKS & importing them as per factory demand.
** Analysis work to select machineries, based on engineering veiw.
** Commissioning the capital machineries in factories (With foreign Engr.)
** Providing technical Assistance on "Above described" Field.
** Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI) for related machineries.
