Dr. Roopa R. Kulkarni, has 20 years of academic career in the field of engineering education with wide experience in mentoring students, representing international conferences, joint publications and executing of award winning industry academic projects. Expertise in establishing rapport and building trust with students from a variety of backgrounds, including first generation college students. Possess strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to partner across departments to meet the needs of students. She has organized and conducted many technical and non-technical workshops for faculty and students. She is the resource person in many technical events hosted by colleges and university where she has shared her knowledge and exhibited pedagogy method in delivery of sessions.
