Hi! My name is Renupriya from chennai, Tamilnadu,India. I got a Master of science degree in yoga. I’m a yoga practitioner for 16+ years(Hatha yoga, Ashtanga yoga, Bikram yoga,”PCOD management”, FERTILITY for both male and female, yoga for DIABETICS, yoga for THYROID, yoga for toning up and WEIGHT LOSS management, yoga for IBS, pranayama, vinyasa yoga, kriya yoga, weight loss yoga, animal flows, “FACIAL YOGA ”, ADVANCE pro level yoga asanas and also many workouts etc.,.) and I also teach circuit, strength and cardio exercises. “Special weight loss program” for 3months is also undertaken which includes mixed workout. Learning yoga as a beginner student like you should learn the purpose of learning yoga in depth and feel that peace and lightness of yoga. I’ve been teaching yoga classes online from 5 year old kids to 70+ age adults. So why you have to choose me as a yoga instructor? Never think fee will be higher for personal training I charge nominal fee. Based on my students requirement I schedule the days and the timing.
