Elena Piano and music theory teacher

Hello everyone,

Hello everyone,
my name is Elena Grinevich. I have been giving piano lessons since 2003 as a private teacher and since 2007 as a teacher of chamber music in Russian Gnesin Academy in Moscow. I had more than 120 very different students - with different goals, professional level, age, nationality, different free time possibilities for lessons and gifted in different ways.

I am proud that I managed to help all of them. Students who started piano as a hobby with me are now quite independent. They can improve their skills and learn new pieces without my help because they know how to practice alone correctly.

Students who became professional musicians
- around 15 won prestigious international competitions
- 7 became brilliant concert pianists
- 9 became teachers in high school

I was always trying to improve my personal teaching method and to invent the most clear, interesting and logical system. I have different approaches for children (more imagination) and adult students (more structure). But both of them are based on my main professional concepts and traditions of Russian piano school.
1990-1998 - music school in Moscow
1998-2002 - music college in Moscow State Conservatory named by Tchaikovsky, piano department, degree with honors
2002 - 2007 - Russian Gnesin Academy, piano department, degree with honors
2007-2010 - postgraduate study, Russian Gnesi Academy

2004 - 2012 - piano accompanist in Russian Gnesin Academy
2008 - 2015 - Chamber Music teacher in Russian Gnesin Academy
since 2004 - concert and chamber pianist
Since 2003 - private piano teacher
Since 2005 - piano teacher in German Embassy in Moscow

2009-2012 the first prize winner of several International competitions (Italy, Germany).
Last 15 years I have been conducting a lot of concerts and master-classes all over the world (Europe, Latin America, China, Russia)
2 years ago I created my own Internet piano courses.

I have recorded 2 Cds with Chamber Music,
I regularly work as an official piano accompanist on International music competitions (China, Germany, Ukraine, Russia, Poland),
I have invented my own systems 1) how to learn easy motes 2) how to learn by hart 3) how to feel rhythm 4)how to understand music

She is highly knowledgeable and loves teaching

Hello,
Ms. Elena has been teaching piano to our daughter for a few weeks. She is professional and knowledgeable in her field. She has high work ethics and loves teaching.
She has made it easier for our daughter to learn how to play piano, by providing the structure needed in this area. She also makes sure that sight reading, playing and other fields go hand in hand in order to create balance needed.
I highly recommend Ms Elena.
