Chemistry faculty since 10 years for ORGANIC + INORGANIC + PHYSICAL chemistry, deep knowledge of concepts and tricks, right know teaching online as well across the globe. I use to start with very basics keeping in mind that child need to know concepts in brief but step by step from basic to advance before we jump to questions, I always create level in question from 1st level to 4th so that with every level child master the concepts and understand better.
I use to provide three types of worksheet for each concept, Subjective worksheet, objective worksheet and reflection worksheet in each work sheet contane questions of 1st to 4th level.
In ORGANIC CHEMISTRY I use to discuss all the mechanism for reactions, so that child will get brief idea of reagent and how it is attacking on particular compounds with lots of different questions.
