Hi,

I am Mrs. Purnima, having 40 years of vast experience in teaching and a trained professional in Chennai Montesary . Had the opportunity to work in different schools and focused on English.

With great confidence and liking, I have the ability to handle classes from 1st standard to 3rd standard in both CBSE and ICSE. I comand a great ability to teach Spoken English to complete beginners to pupils only looking for improving in a certain areas like conversation,grammar,vocabulary and so on.

Languages well known are English, Telugu, Tamil, Hindi, Bengali and Oriya.

I believe that a teacher should have a lot of patience and a motive to handle students and children in an well mannered way.

Have been inspired to teach because of my English teacher who was my elder sister and wish to replicate her amazing teaching style and step into a new world of English where communicating with people, understanding various things and being knowledgeable is the key.

Have always had the passion to teach students and interact with them to enhance the knowledge both ways.

Very Professional and dedicated teacher

She is a well experienced teacher with great dedication towards her work. I am learning Telugu language from her. The fee charged is comparatively very less for her dedication and hard work even in this age. Hats off Mam.. Will be learning Hindi after completing Telugu. Will definitely refer my friends and relatives. Thanks again Mam and Team Teacheron.

Teach what the student wants not the other way around

I had just 1 class with her, I requested her to teach me a little advance spoken Hindi cos my basics are quiet ok, she refused and insisted on starting with only 2 letter words, This is just to increase the number of hours of tutoring !!!!!!
Its important that the tutor guides the student according to his or her need and not the other way around

Good Teaching

Purnima Mam , helps to learn Telugu by practical method ie making the students speak and teach the students to make day to day conversations. She has made me learn the spoken Telugu in just 10 days.
