Hi - I am Subhashini, an Engineering graduate from REC, Trichy having 28+ years of experience in the IT industry. Resigned in Dec ‘19 and now focusing on pursuing my passion areas.
I work for AIR (All India Radio), Chennai as an Anchor and I am also a published Voice Artist converting Tamil story books to Audio books. Love to do anything related to Tamil ... like Eng to Tamil translation & Tamil audio transcription as a Freelancer. My other interests are: Classical Dance and practising Yoga.
As a Spoken Tamil Trainer, I have taught many IT professionals, Doctors, Bank employees, Entrepreneurs, Chartered accountants and many other professional girls getting married to tamil families.

I have many students in US & UK as well.

My sessions will be fun, interesting & very interactive. By the end of the course, students can comfortably and confidently speak in Tamil. I customise the contents based on the students' needs too. Recently, I took class for a batch of UG & PG medical students where I taught them how to talk to their patients in each specialty. Useful hand-outs will be given which can be used as reference materials forever. My sessions will have lot of practice exercises which would help the students get exposed to various nuances of tamil.

Excellent Teacher

I took Tamil classes with Subhashini Ma'am. I love the language and wanted to enjoy the luxury of speaking it. Ma'am is not only a brilliant teacher but an excellent person. Our classes were very friendly, energetic and highly engaging. I took classes from US and she was on-time on zoom and flexible with my timings sometimes. I highly recommend her to anyone living overseas who wants to learn Tamil.
