I am friendly and help full teacher and go to student level to make him/her understand the main concept and enable him/her to undertake future problems and solve them him/her self. A gap analysis of student current situation is performed and after analysis a completed is jointly agreed to achieve success. Simple language and practical life examples are used. Small tests and assignments are exercised. Light humorous style is adopted. Brain storming in a modern way is conducted and If group is available than smaller teams are formed and internal competition are conducted.
An incentive based upon Carrot & stick rule is awarded to the student. Normally surprise gifts are given to motivate students. Other motivational techniques are also used.
