Learning should be fun and never a burden. That's why I nurture young kids with interactive demonstrations and fun examples. It makes them connect with the environment and grasp the ideas quickly by relating to them.
Building concepts comes first later comes writing an exam. I focus on concept building and the rest gets taken care automatically without any rigour.
I also am a big fanatic of Finnish education system which produces the most brightest minds in the world. So my methodology is a bit Finnish. Google their system you'll know.
I've had a rigorous training in the scientific field including experimental research on child learning and psychology, adolescent monitoring and counselling, drug addiction and it's effects on family/society.
Hence apart from academic training I can also deal with the personal growth, counselling and conditioning of your ward.

Good as a teacher
