With over 12 years of teaching experience covering many biological sciences courses, I have developed excellent skills in simplifying complex courses and explain them in an understandable way regardless of a student's background. I prefer to teach either through PPT slides or directly from the book. Online teaching will be delivered in the same efficiency as one-to-one teaching. I am flexible in terms of availability and software usage. Besides, I will be available after finishing the session to respond to student's questions anytime. I can teach in both Arabic and English.

    Doing field surveys for plant viral diseases, mainly citrus and vegetable plants. My tasks included isolation of plant tissues, DNA, or RNA isolation from infected tissues, PCR analysis of samples, and sending PCR products for sequencing. Other tasks include plant tissue culture, maintaining Green house plants, and screening for gene stability of a transgenic tomato plant.

    Preparation of recombinant plasmid that contains a synthetic gene that codes for a lysine-rich protein using recombinant DNA technology (restriction digestion, ligation of DNA fragments, and analysis of Recombinant plasmids).

    To prepare an expression vector contains the human growth hormone gene to be expressed in Pichia pastoris .through the use of recombinant DNA technology.
