    Rodella Technologies Private Limited is a cutting edge Aerospace company which designs, develope and manufacture customised aerial vehicles for defence forces and urban policing.

    My work involved developing custom ground control software for UAVs, operating on mavlink protocol.

    I was responsible for business development and we managed to get L1 in an open tender to supply 100+ drones to Northern Command of Indian Army.

    Apart from this we worked with gov agencies to setup drone lab and customised solutions as per user requirements.

    Initial Procedure

    1. I discuss the exact requirement of the learner. Give them detailed sessions/classes, brief them about content.

    2. Discuss with them the commitments and timelines.

    3. Tell them the fee structure according to how much off hours I will have to put other than the sessions. (Depends on prior knowledge of the learner as well.)

    4. Continue teaching if we come upon mutual terms.

    I will make personalize content according to your needs. Will take feedback after every 4 sessions. I will test your skills after every 7 sessions. We will work around with things in order to make teaching and learning experience effective in the best possible way.

    I will mentor you to prepare for IOI (International Olympiad of Informatics) and ACM-ICPC.

    I have mentored 100+ students to prepare for their job interviews who have bagged good good offers from top companies.

Awesome teacher, He makes you to think instead of teaching his own approach

He never rushes through the concepts and always readily answers all doubts. He is very professional, and knows his subject very well. He ensures that I have understood the concept thoroughly before moving on to the next topic. He made me to think instead of teaching his own approach to solving a problem. He was a very kind, friendly and knowledgeable Tutor. He teaches from basic moves to a higher level, He covers all basic concepts required and then slowly moves to a tough question. You will get learn a lot about Data structure and Algorithm from him.

Incredibly intelligent and knowledgeable teacher

My daughter was a beginner in coding who was aspiring for IOI 2020. In a mere 4 months, he was able to completely change the way she solved problems. He is a great tutor who would spend hours with you just to explain that one problem you face. He paces the class just right so you feel challenged but not overwhelmed. His technique for problem-solving is extremely unique and efficient. As a mother, I would recommend him to any student who wants to learn about CS and Algorithms.

Best teacher one could hope for

I had knowledge about the data structures but implementation was the thing that I struggled with, Rishabh sir understood my problems and meticulously worked to rectify every problem and explained things repeatedly until I understood and he made sure that I really understood the concept. In 3-4 months I saw a drastic change in how I solve questions the whole thinking process changed and I could easily channelise my thoughts into code efficiently. Also, sir gives enough time for you to develop your own thinking process rather than shoving down a preconceived notion of thinking. Sir, understood my problems and also my capabilities and taught according to that and accordingly helped me with my codes.

If you want to solve problems , you are at the right place

I can't express in words how efficient he is in teaching tough problem solving to students in easy and simple way. He has a way and process of thinking which helps students to tackle each and every problem like a cakewalk. Even with the toughest of problems he will walk you through the way and will not stop until and unless you yourself get the answer. Brilliant and will always recommend anyone and me myself still want to learn many things from him.

Extremely knowledgeable and a gifted problem solver

I have been taking classes from Rishabh for around 2-3 weeks now. Rishabh is a highly intelligent, gifted individual and an excellent teacher who strives to make you push your thinking capabilities and problem solving skills. His approach to logical thinking and building up core and difficult concepts for the students, is very unique and rather efficient. He has a very hands on and practical approach to writing code and solving a problem with high granularity. The problems he presents to the students start with the highest difficulty levels and this actually helps build confidence and strengthen concepts and logic making skills. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking to get a firm grasp and understanding of core DS and Algo concepts, which will stay with you for a long time.
