I am a highly skilled researcher with a strong background in biochemistry and molecular biology. I completed my PhD in the Department of Medical Sciences/Biochemistry at Jeonbuk National University in South Korea, where I focused on investigating the roles of NAD+ metabolites on hematopoiesis and insulin secretion. My research aimed to unravel the molecular mechanisms underlying these processes and contribute to the understanding of their physiological significance.
Prior to my PhD, I obtained an M.S. degree in Biochemistry/Molecular Biology from Quaid-I-Azam University in Islamabad, Pakistan.
Throughout my academic journey, I have gained valuable research experience and honed my technical skills. I have expertise in various laboratory techniques.
In terms of my professional experience, I worked as a researcher at Chonbuk National University in South Korea from May 2014 to February 2015. Following that, I held two consecutive postdoctoral research fellow positions. The first one was at the Korea Research Institute of Biosciences and Biotechnology in Cheongju, South Korea, from May 2019 to August 2022.
Currently, I am working as a postdoctoral research fellow at the College of Medicine, The University of Arizona, starting from November 2022.

Throughout my career, I have actively participated in various research projects and have been involved in manuscript and projects writing. I possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with a deep passion for scientific exploration. My goal is to contribute to the advancement of knowledge in the field of biochemistry and molecular biology while making a positive impact on human health.
