An energetic, physically fit and confident Dance teacher who has a successful track record of improving a student’s knowledge and understanding of dance. I am holding a recognized teaching qualifications, has around 15 years of experience in teaching all age groups and not only fully understands the needs of students, but also has the ability to quickly engage with them. I have experience of teaching Kathak, Semi-classical dance, Folk dances, Bollywood dance and Contemporary dance. I have my YouTube Channel on dancing too. I have achieved many awards in various dance competitions. I am also proud to be the part of judgement panel in various dance programs and competitions held. I am very flexible to work with all age groups and try to make dance as interesting as possible for the student.

I also took care of choreography, stage presence, dress and make up of all the students during functions.

I have been learning Kathak from Riya since past few months. It is going great so far !
Riya is very professional. She keeps up to the schedule. She has lots of patience and is easy going. I would highly recommend her.

Amazing Dance Teacher

Me and my daughter have been learning Bollywood dance from Riya for last 3+ months and she has been an amazing dancer, teacher. We really enjoy her dance class and completed 3 full songs. She composes/customizes dance steps according to student's comfort. She has a lot of patience and great with kids. I highly recommend Riya and her dance classes ?
