I teach using simple techniques understandable by the students according to their capabilities. I wont stop teaching until students learned the concepts and skills. I believe that each students has his own phase and capacity to learn that need to patiently teach them to appreciate and realize the importance of learnings in their everyday lives. Humor and joy in teaching are important in the delivery of discussion which make learning happy and joyous. I am open to questions for clarification or I ask questions for clarification thru concept mapping - simple but deeper understanding. Assessing my students based on the learning outcomes which gives me assurance that greater proficiency of learning is achieved.
