I am a licenced chemist from the MS Chemistry program from the University of Santo Tomas. I'm willing to help any student in understanding the basic principles of Chemistry. College chemistry can be daunting and a tutor with a degree in Chemistry can make it easier for students to understand the topics at hand. I speak both English and Filipino, and use slang and simple language to explain topics that can be very difficult to understand and grasp at first. I use diagrams and I break down the topic so that students won't feel overwhelmed, and then ask questions in order to help my students recall information. I use Powerpoints and I provide notes to my students so that they can follow the lesson without having to frantically take down notes. My teaching style is no-frills, and with a subject like Chemistry, a no-fuss approach is generally welcome.

Highly recommended chemistry tutor

I am super satisfied with Ms. Jai's tutorials.
She ensures that the student understands the subject through various activities, powerpoints & also uses a whiteboard to clearly explain each topic step-by-step! She is confident and very knowledgeable of what she teaches (Chemistry) and doesn't move on to the next lesson unless everything is clear and understood. Personally, I have had other tutorial sessions with various tutors but Ms. Jai was the best tutor as everything is taught in a simple and direct manner which makes online learning easier & fun ?
