I have done 900hours Advance teacher's training course (ATTC) from world's oldest Yoga institute.
The yoga institute mumbai. I teach astang yoga,
Hath yoga, Power yoga, yoga for flexibility . I plan session according ones need to achieve their goal with the help of various yogic technic. Asan, pranayam, mudra, kriya, bandha, relaxation etc. I have five years experience of teaching yoga. Yoga is science of right living it works on all aspects of life. Yoga helped me to connect with myself and transformed my life. Way of thinking, way of living. Yoga says do response do not react. Happy to share my experience a lot to learn Journey going on.
