My name is Gerald, but you can call me Jhed. I have graduated with a Bachelor's degree major in English. I'm a Licensed Professional teacher for 7 years now. Currently I'm on my way to completing my Master's Degree in English Language Education. I have been teaching English for 7 years, 5 years in an online classroom where I taught different students around Asia, Latin America and some European countries. There, I have learned unique walks of life and tons of experiences. I have engaged myself to adjusting to their levels and these experiences are helpful for an educator to grow. I'm a public school English teacher to Junior High School students up to the present - a TESOL Certified. I have taught TOEFL, TOEIC, OPIc, IELTS, Daily Conversation, Grammar, Speaking and many more to different students. I have taught Filipino language to online students too!
In teaching, I always make sure that patience and understanding are present. Kindness and humility are also key factors to a strong foundation which an educator can build to students' lives. Flexibility is a plus which I continue to apply in different contexts. And another thing is that, being friendly. I want to make sure that our lessons will be fun, conversational and engaging!
I can be a friend to different students because I am a teacher who has the competence to adjust to students' levels - from beginner to proficient.
As for my interests, I'm into public speaking, I love delivering speeches to various audiences since I've been invited to be a motivational, resource speaker to some educational gathering. I love writing some articles. I have my blog site which comprises my reflections being a teacher. I love playing badminton and volleyball, listening to pop and RNB music, watching YouTube videos and a lot more. I really love to inspire others to get hold of what their dreams are. Thus, I want to help you explore more about English.

Best teacher ever!

Gerald Sensei (a.k.a. Jhed Sensei) is very professional and friendly. I've never had any other teachers who can explain grammar as well as he can. Not only his teaching skill is excellent, but also he's so nice and it's easy for me to ask him questions. He's a supreme teacher and you'll never regret having his lesson!
