I am a professional educator with an extensive experience in teaching ESL/EFL students from various countries. My approach to learning is mastery of fundamental language skills required to accomplish target language tasks. For me, review, repetition, and loads of practice are needed not just to learn English but to ultimately acquire the skills to read, speak, listen, and write in English just like native English speakers do. I have journeyed the same path of learning English as a non-native speaker to now an accomplished educator and published researcher in education.
