I am a graduate of BSC in Quantity Surveying in University of Salford, Manchester, United Kingdom. I have over two years of experience in the construction industry with the Quantity Surveying background and that experience has taught me the skills I need to contribute to undergraduate modules on Quantity Surveying nature.
My experience as a Junior Lecturer includes developing solid learning and teaching skills and found the most successful means of educating to be in lecturer and participation session with students. I have been able to successfully teach varying concepts in Quantity Surveying in an engaging way that promotes participation.
I found that my professional experience as a Quantity Surveyor provided me with a broad view which is useful in assisting undergraduates with projects and assignments. These experiences have built my confidence and an interest in teaching and I look forward to the opportunity to not only teach existing courses, but also work to develop new ones.
