My methodology being a teacher Is to understand the requirement of the Individual (what he/she actually need). The results should be very much clear from how students take the real problems and find the solution for it rather than mugging up the content. With vast experience of dealing with academics, I can assure my students with 100% satisfaction. It's not the teacher who defines himself, it's his students who make him feel proud, that's my strategy of working. With online or offline doesn't matter when there is a two way communication from both the ends. Understand, deliver and implement should be the work from both the sides. Always try to not only score Mark's but have practical learning, be a good person, should have ethical values and respect for the work we are in to. With all good things, for a food student, you just read, read and read that's what I can say.
