Try to understand the weakness of the student, and prefer to reduce their weaknesses. Their weaknesses turns to their power. Students mostly don't understand how to read and memories the subject, different subjects have their own style of learning, the first thing to get knowledge from a book is to make friendship with the book, students don't need to study the whole course, they need the basic rules and tips to understand the book, then they will definitely memories and make friendship with the book. That's all what I learn from my experience.
