As a techer i like to motivate students so they realise their full potential while being goal oriented. Clearing doubt with precision bring clarity in thought process so thats where
i work the most. As pf school students are concerned more efforts is given to make them goal oriented on daily basis by providing them daily homework and modules. I belive standard 9 to 12 are very importans in acadmic life as these standards have basic concepts which are very important for further higher education.
i had taught few students among i came across a weak student who was promoted regularly in his early classes i motivated and cleared his few concepts and he scored 70+ score in his high school exams
As far as technical subjects are concernd there are complexity among concepts so makeing students understand these concepts easily is top priority. Also enhancing precise calculation is very important keeping the competative exams in mind.
