I am willing to assists students to become the best version of themselves and overcome the fear of failure, as failure is not the end. If you fall, rise up and brush off and go again. I'll share experiences, games, pep talks and discussion. My class is student centered where the students are solely responsible for their learning and I just facilitate. I have seen improvement in my students using this teaching style and methods of teaching. If my student fails then they are able to brush off and shine again.
