I graduated with my Diploma studies at Sultan Idris Education University (UPSI), Perak. I'm taking a Diploma In Science course (pure science & teaching courses). I've experience throughout being a tuition teacher, home & private tutor meaning to be a great tutor for helping my students as well. I'll share my pieces of knowledge & experiences with all of my beloved students in a detailed way.

I have the ability to see the unique strengths of each student, and I strive to use all learning modalities to coach students in developing their strengths while working on their challenges.  My approach is holistic in nature, and I take into account and am sensitive to the whole person and his/her family. I am friendly and responsive, authoritative vs. authoritarian.  Because my teaching style and the setting in which I work are more informal, students under 18 yrs. address me as Mr. / Sir Rifqi Firas.  I am on a 1st name basis with students/parents who are college-age and older. 

I’ve been teaching students from preschool to senior citizens for over 9 years in various disciplines and classrooms. During that time, I've also been tutoring home tuition in a group of students, and individual students one-on-one. Each individual, class, age group, and subject area add to my expertise because I learn from them and apply what I’ve learned to help myself and my students.

I've 9 years of experience formally & informally throughout being a homeschooling teacher/tutor. My level, for now, is a Bachelor of Education (Biology) with Honours (training for teachers with subject specialization) at Universiti Pendidikan Sultan Idris (UPSI) Tanjong Malim, Perak. I'm already advanced in teaching style & I've quit lots of students at the tuition center & I've my own home tuition tutor & private home tutor services.

Unlike many tutoring organizations, during the regular school year (summer sessions are designed differently) and college semesters/quarters, I actually work with the material that the student has in his/her class.

In other words, I don't demand that students do extra worksheets and homework that are not part of the student's subjects in class, but rather, I coach the student in areas of his/her particular subjects that may be complex such as clarity and depth of comprehension, application of concepts, and test-taking strategies.

All that I do is directly related to helping the student to better understand the material from the subjects that she/he is taking and to improve the grade in that class. I do this type of work as a personal choice, and thoroughly enjoy getting to know each student as an individual and his/her family.

    For your kind of information, I have some working experiences before this at Global Inspection Sdn. Bhd. (we often work with Engineering Company), at Johor branch but not too long ago because I just work for temporary only as their workers returning from study leave. My position in that company as a Data Entry Clerk (often using Microsoft Excel) and my duty was prepared all the Client’s (Folder) that necessary from Dynaciate Engineering Sdn. Bhd. whom will be our permanent client usually. Then followed by Radiographic Testing Report (RT Report) which will be identified, interpreted and evaluated as the outcome Results. Last but not least, I will do the RT Work (Summary) on each day to specify either the Joint can be accepted or not completed yet for the technicians to test and do the inspection requirements on that particular Joint Section.

The way of his tutoring

I had problems with biology and he did a really great job!!! Also he helped me with a huge assignment in just 2 hours!!!
