I am Shalindri, a 24 year old part time teacher from Colombo. I have been teaching Spoken English, Speech and Drama, Communication Skills, Performing text and Written English to students of ages 4 - 18 as well as adults, for over 5 years. I believe in making a positive change in a student and I take great interest in this job. I take time to explain and make sure that the student has understood. I make sure to keep in mind the age and level of the child and teach accordingly, and I make sure to cover all aspects of the subject area. I always encourage students to ask questions, and I also consider what the parent (of the child) want me to specially improve in their child. It is my greatest pleasure when they gain good results and make good progress.
