I am a highly motivated and proactive facilitator, with over 4 year of teaching experience. As a person I am known to be extremely calm n patient., I teach my students all the tactics that I've been using to ease their learning process. I believe in fun learning, use lots of teaching aids and make my sessions are very interactive. I do give assignment and conduct assessments to understand how well the concepts have been understood by the learners. My teaching methodology changes as per the requirement of the learner. I believe every individual learner has his/her own capabilities and abilities to gain knowledge. And as a educator I try to understand the mindset and work accordingly to achieve the goals.
