My teaching methodology depends upon the student. If the student can pick up what I will teach easily, then I can also pick up the pace of my teaching and if the student is a bit tad slow, I will help him understanding the subject. I will be taking a quiz every week on the topics I will teach and one exam every month on the full syllabus that I will teach that whole month. Taking quizzes and exams will help the students not only learn the subject but also the sense of competition will instill in them so that they will know if there is no competition there is no fun in studies.
