As I take individual coaching, I try to understand the student's requirements and study his/ her previous assessments to see what and why the student got correct/ incorrect. This helps in planning a lesson at my end so that we hit the ground running.

Since the pandemic hit us, I have been taking classes online and I must say that the online programming classes work even better than the face-face classes as it is very convenient to see the student's work on the programming platform.

I am the sort of teacher who does not give a solution right away but give clues as needed so that the student solves the problem on her own and feels confident with the achievement. I am happy to explain a concept till I am sure that the student is comfortable. I understand the workload and stress that a student bears and my goal is to take off a bit of the stress and make learning a happy journey.

I also work very closely with the parents to share feedback to bring out the best in the students. Each student is different and I discuss the learning-teaching strategy with the parents to create a shared vision. I am happy to share that my students develop a friendly attitude towards the subject and become confident exam-takers.
