I use individual approach to teach my student. This approach considers students level of speed in grasping contents taught. I am patient with my students and goes through a particular topic until it is understood by my students. I also use different instructional aids to drive home concepts taught like visuals, audio visuals etc. Above all my teaching style is interactive, it is learner centered and not teacher centered, I simply guide my learners, this has yielded above 90 percent result. These and other points makes me a great teacher of over Twenty two years now.
