I would like the teaching to be in two direction between me and the student just like sharing thoughts and experience. It would be good if the student knows well what he wants to learn so i can find the best method for teaching. I will be their to facilitate the learning process for the student to achieve his goals using different resources and techniques. sometimes an assessment would be used to evaluate the needs of the student. Finally the learning output needs efforts from both sides teacher and the student.
