I am a progressivisit and or constructivist who believes in learning by doing with the high degree of creativity and innovation using available resources possible.
This drives me to a digital teacher who cultivates ICT skills and knowledge in delivering of the would be complex and abstract concepts of Biology easy.
I employ these but not limited to power point presentations, relevant teaching aids, one on one interaction, guided pair discussions, field study, brain stormers and many others to fill the gaps between actions, dreams and results in teaching and learning.
Being a social being, am open to interaction and always observe high degree to individuals and their opinions.
I understand individual differences among learners and therefore I expect strategies that promote inclusive education. Guidance and counselling is part of me to guide students to their right career paths and provide some problem solving skills.
