I am dedicated, resourceful, and goal-driven with the talent to develop inspiring hands-on lessons that will capture the learners' educational needs for success. When it comes to teaching, I firmly believe that it is mainly about developing strong relationships that palpate the passions and interests of students, hence I attempt to bestow a relevancy to students and allow them to make connections with the curriculum. Moreover, I ensure that every learner's diversified learning levels, patterns, behaviours, and abilities are addressed through a learner-centered approach, particularly in the areas of language and literature, grammar, reading, listening, writing, and speaking in an ESL context. With considerable amount of teaching exposure, my goal is to enable the learners use the target language successfully while acquiring communicative competence. I advocate what is best for students in all decisions and model lifelong learning in my personal and professional life.
