I am an Ayurveda practitioner. I pursued my Masters in Rasa Sasthra and Bhaishajya Kalpana after completing BAMS. Well versed in Sanskrit and completed Sanskrit Teachers Exam. Have conducted Seminars and Workshops across Kochi on the importance of Ayurveda in day to day life. Passionate about teaching and sharing knowledge.
