I have been scholar of Department of Science and Technology for five years. At there i provided innovative ideas towards young mind and the innovation in the field of Science and Technology for the government of India. In my opinion in online classes a teacher should be tech creative, strong communication skills, patience, supportive, adaptable. I want to make my students in the class comfortable by using traditional as well as conventional methods with my own methods also.Also make my students quite comfortable to ask in any doubt in class and most important feedback form . Be humble with students . Helpful for them . And also a open discussion with students and teacher makes a great environment of the classroom . Examine how students are getting and where they are stucking. Each student is important for a teacher in a communicate with students.
