I am faculty of programming. I made concepts easy that beginner student can understand the concept with an ease. I use to train student on Java Technology. My students are successfully working in development profile. My approach is to make students comfort and let them feel that they can do programming. Once student having confidence that they can do programming than it is easy to make them understand concepts of programming and project management is easy. I use to train student for their academic project at all levels i.e. Bachelor's and Masters. I guided around 70 students for their project. All of my student developed their project by them self.
My approach to teach student is to give example so that student can easily understand the concept. I use to give programming example and assignment to student. It helps students to gain their confidence and make programming learning process easy to them. My core subjects are Java core and advanced, Database connectivity, C programming, C++, Data Structure, Software Engineering etc. I also guide student for their project.
