One of my best focus is to make a difference in my students life. The most important thing for me is to make sure that the strategy to use will best fit to the learners learning style and the way of teaching must be effective. In that case, learning will be easy and meaningful. Students willingness to share about their opinion is a great thing for me as it will help them grow when they are free to express their own ideas and feelings. We will not only focus on the academic achievement of the student but will also include their wellbeing. I am willing to give extra time if there's still things that needs to be done. Will not focus on the time being paid but will focus on the learners understanding of the lesson. Students are free to ask questions if they find any difficulties. It is proven for me as the best way for students to learn as I based it on my experience and doing one on one discussion will best help both the students and the teacher to achieve the specific goal.
