Preparation of BOQ and estimation of project for MEP services.
Development of an in-depth knowledge of the contractual requirements for the project.
Overseeing the construction to ensure adherence to approved drawings and specifications, inspection of construction workmanship, materials and equipment.
Overseeing site work elements within discipline and provides early notification of potential schedule slippages regarding the construction activities.
Monitoring of the work process, performing quality assurance testing and enforce safety requirements.
Making cost estimates on design changes, evaluates cost proposals and raising requests for adjustments with client and consultant.
Maintaining daily construction surveillance logs to ensure compliance with the terms and conditions of contracts.
Preparation of material samples, shop drawings, installation manuals, and other technical documents to submit it to consultant for approval.
Quantification of electrical and plumbing material for project. Selection of vendors as per approved specification
Preparation of written reports to Project Director with analysis and recommendations on alternatives and actions, where appropriate.
Preparation of periodic progress reports and planning for schedules for work, raising inspection requests to Dubai electricity and water authority (DEWA) for final connection of water and electricity.
Preparation and reviews engineering drawings, electrical load calculations, technical specifications and cost estimates.
Makes cost estimates on design and specification alternatives as requested by Project Director.
Evaluation of various subcontractors i.e HVAC, Low current and smart home system works. Preparation of agreement documents for subcontractor.
Keeping track of all subcontract works and make sure all installations are as per local standards and as per approved drawings.
Preparation of shop drawings and as built drawings upon project completion documents.
Successful conduction of Inspection from Dubai Municipality(DM), Dubai electricity and water authority (DEWA) and consultant before and after final connection of MEP services.

Studying all Electrical Tender Drawings and preparing shop drawings for electrical individual services like (Power, Lighting, SLD, Telephone) etc.
Preparing electrical shop drawings and Load distribution schedule and taking approval from consultants and contractor, and submission of drawings.
Supervision and monitoring of site, Preparation manpower and material on site daily basis, installation of cable tray, lighting, power wiring, conduits for lighting, power, low current, fire alarm telephone etc.
Supervising and monitoring the installation of (DB, SMDB, MDB), Capacitor banks, CT Meter, control panel, UPS, etc. and managing a team of electricians that the project execution will be done according to technical, quality and safety requirements.
Implementation of work on site as per the DEWA approved drawings and coordinating with mechanical, civil and architect’s departments for the successful completion of project.
Preparation of BOQ and estimation of project for MEP services.
Studying MEP Tender drawing for calculating points for price in respect of the quotation/tender value.
Maintaining the quality of works as per DEWA rules and regulations on each and every ongoing electrical activity on site.
Planning and monitoring the site activities as per the schedule and resolving various site related issues by coordinating among the various sub-contractors and attending project and design meetings as required.
Co-ordinate daily site inspection inclusive of preparation of weekly and daily notification, and inspection sheets, attending site meetings, writing reports and giving presentation to manager and client.
