I prefer to teach my students more of practical training so that they can learn and work. I just don't teach to pass the exams,I teach them in a way that they become independent,have knowledge about the subject and they can use this knowledge further in their careers.I am open,friendly and understanding with my students so that they can ask me anything if they have doubt without any hesitation, and they feel free to discuss the topics with me and the student also become confident and intelligent.
