My areas of interest include Machine Design, CAD, FEM, Meshless Methods and stochastic optimization techniques. I have more than 17 years of teaching experience at UG and PG level.
My research field is structural shape optimization using Meshless Methods. I have explored various swarm intelligence based optimization techniques like artificial bee colony (ABC), particle swarm optimisation (PDO), Grey wolf optimizer (GWO) in structural optimization problems. I have published several articles in Scopus indexed and web of science journals. I have also reviewed research articles for reputed journals of Springer and Elsevier publications.
