Personal Details:
I am an IBDP Mathematics lecturer having 7 years of professional teaching experience and known to be someone who believes in exciting and respectful bonding with students. I am an electrical engineer holding a post-graduate diploma in Education and recently completed my Master's in Engineering Management from Germany in a hybrid mode. I have taught in the Prestigious institute of International School of Kenya (IBDP) for almost 4 years, and in one of the best institutes in Pakistan, Beaconhouse International School (IGCSE Math) for almost 3 years.

Online teaching experience:
Since I started teaching online back in 2018, I have taught students from various parts of the world: Belgium, Italy, the UK, UAE, Australia, the USA, and Canada. Back then, other than IBDP and IB MYP Math students, I taught O-levels/IGCSE and A-levels (Pure mathematics, Mechanics, Statistics) to high school students and Linear Algebra, Calculus, and Numerical Methods to university students and also helped them with their assignments. I also prepared students for competitive skills exams such as Math Olympiad and ICAS. I have impressive skills and efficient methodology to teach kids mental maths which helps them in competitive exams as well. However, now, i only take students of IB MYP and IBDP Mathematics.

#Method of teaching online:
I use a writing tablet and Zoom/Google Classroom for delivering lectures. My one-hour lesson plan follows the following timeline:
Revision of previous lecture/ Discussion about the test: 5 minutes
Ice breaker activity/Introduction of the new topic: 3-5 minutes
Solving first question: 5-10 min
Solving next few questions with continuous input from student: 25 minutes
Asking student to solve 1-2 questions: 10 min
Checking student's questions and giving feedback: 5 min
Closing remarks/bonding discussion/motivation: 2-5 min
Sending homework after the lecture.

#Professional Teaching experience:
I have taught Maths to IBDP and IB MYP students in the prestigious institute of ISK, Kenya; also to O&A levels' in one of the best institutes of Pakistan Beaconhouse, Lahore. I have helped many students in their Maths IA. My students have produced excellent results in maths which could be checked in the experience section given below.

My students have always made me proud by excelling in their respective subjects. It feels good to receive texts from my older students, most of who mare pursuing their dreams in engineering universities.

    1. Three months course for Students who want to complete their exam preperation or need a quick and concise revision. Students will be experiencing a mild pressure environment and Classes will take place 3 days a week. There will be a test at the end of every week followed by feedback. This course is desinged for students who are about to appear in exam within next 4-6 months.
    2. One month course for Students who want a test oriented preparation where i take the test, give 30-60 min lecture on the next topic, and provide relevant material to prepare for next test. This pattern is followed every single day for a month. This course demand rigrous and consistent effort and determination. It is designed for students who are about to appear in exam within the next 1-3 months.

A sincere IBDP Math tutor

My son studied math with Mr. Rohan for two months (48 hours) in IBDP AA HL. I was worried because it's a difficult subject, but his grades improved from 4-5 to 7 in just two months.
