I teach according to the pace & understanding of the student using visual and practical methods.
I give the student worksheets after each lesson to find out if he/she has understood the day's lesson. At the end of a topic, I use past paper questions to put more emphasis on the topic and to build the student's confidence as he/she will be comfortable doing similar questions in the future. The past papers show the student the different ways questions related to that topic are set.
Most of my students make a remarkable improvement in classwork and score a grade of B and above.
I am a good teacher since I work on the weak areas of the student and exploit his/her strengths too.
