Am a time conscious, eloquent, social and goal oriented. I love students, and the one on one sessions enhances my personal relationship better, Am able to identify the needs of various students and treat each and every students in accordance with their abilities. I make sure we set objectives with the students and even the parents and work towards achieving the goals. I make sure to maintain my professional relationship which is also vital in my performance as a teacher. Also, i use my analysis skills to decide the kind help each and every student needs and therefore work in collaboration to ensure a positive outcome. Am also patient and during my session i ensure that the student fully participate in the learning activities while ensuring both formative and summative actions.
